This role is perfect for a Phonics specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment. Working closely with class teachers and the phonics lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all pupils across the KS1 phase achieve their full potential in reading and writing.

Your Role:

• Phonics Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality, daily Read Write Inc. phonics sessions to a designated group, ensuring strong fidelity to the programme and excellent pupil progress.
