Job Description

New Client Acquisition:

  • Lead efforts in acquiring new clients within the IT, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or Consumer Practice sectors.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies for penetrating new markets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in client portfolio.

Hunting and Farming:

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities while also farming existing accounts to ensure deep engagement, growth, and retention.
  • Develop and implement account development strategies that drive revenue, improve client satisfaction, and uncover additional opportunities within existing relationships.
