Job Description

As Key Account Manager, you will pro-actively and strategically develop and maintain a portfolio of Key accounts and designated target accounts within the Basingstoke area, building close and strong working relationships with high profile customers, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, unit growth and client retention.

Responsible for all elements of the sales cycle from lead to order; the role also requires finding new opportunities through research, cold calling (telesales and visits), referrals and attending trade shows. Selling of the Linde proposition, proposing commercially viable solutions and delivering outstanding customer service.

Focusing on new truck sales within the area the role also involves the selling of used trucks, material handling solutions, intralogistics, service contracts, training, and ancillary equipment.
