Key Accounts & Growth Manager

About the Role

We're a cold-chain logistics operator with 9+ facilities, serving anchor clients including q-commerce and other players. As we scale, we need someone to own the health and growth of our existing accounts — not new business hunting, but protecting revenue, deepening relationships, and finding expansion within customers we already have.

What you'll own:

• Day-to-day coordination with existing customers across sites — the single point of contact for service issues, escalations, and reviews
• Drive account reviews to track satisfaction, service quality, and open issues to closure
• Own renewals, utilization improvement, and repeat business within existing accounts
• Identify and pitch upsell/service-expansion opportunities to existing clients
