In this commercial customer-facing role, you will lead initiatives to develop and maintain relationships with key clients. Collaborate closely with internal teams, conduct industry research, and create a yearly account plan aligned with client needs. Your ability to understand customer requirements will drive Envari’s success in energy solutions across Eastern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Segment customers and refine account designations
• Develop and implement annual account plans
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
• Populate and maintain CRM systems diligently
• Liaise with customers on operational agreements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management
