Job Summary

The Key Accounts Associate supports the management and growth of assigned key client accounts by ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, supporting account requirements, monitoring transactions, and assisting in identifying opportunities for account expansion and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support contact for assigned key accounts and assist in managing day-to-day client requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests
