We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Key Accounts Administrator. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, accurate administration and high-level service delivery across all key accounts. The position is based in Bangholme, Victoria.
What You’ll Do
• Act as the primary point of contact for National Key Accounts, ensuring consistent and professional service delivery.
• Coordinate customer requests and resolve issues by liaising with internal teams and branch offices nationwide.
• Provide proactive communication and regular updates to customers on service progress and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate administration, including invoicing, purchase orders and ERP data management.
