Key Account Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Purchase Orders (PO) from Ace through messenger.
• Clarify PO format in meetings, ensuring proper documentation (whether written on scratch paper, boxes, or in electronic form).
• Obtain approval from the Modern Trade Sales Manager and coordinate with outbound warehouse (WH).
• Perform barcoding for each box.
• Coordinate encoding in NetSuite for Delivery Receipt (DR) and Transfer Order (TO).
• Utilize Vendor Inventory Management(VIM) from Ace to generate DRs, Vendor Report and
• Distribute DR copies: white Key Account Representative, pink for RDU (Ace), green for Accounting, and newsprint for the promodiser.
• Verify documentation accuracy during loading by checking DRSS. months or as soon as possible.
• Prepare Purchase Requests (PR) for gas, updating as needed for price increases or
• Prepare discount letters with e-signature from the Modern Trade Sales Manager.
