Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact of our client, building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at global and local levels.
  • Develop and execute the account strategy and growth plan, identifying opportunities to expand Sensormatic solutions across brands, geographies and business units.
  • Lead consultative selling activities, understanding client business priorities (loss prevention, inventory accuracy, omnichannel) and translating them into value-driven solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth and pipeline development, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account.
  • Coordinate and align internal teams (sales, operations, product, engineering) to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services, meeting client expectations and business objectives.
