Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and advancing the company’s presence within Fertility Accounts across Southwest Ontario. This role requires a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach combined with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial thinking, and a deep understanding of the specialty healthcare environment.

Your day at Ferring

  • Achieve sales and growth targets across assigned Ontario Fertility Accounts through a strategic Key Account Management approach.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with REIs, nurses, clinic managers/owners, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for each account, including key initiatives, projects, and long-term growth opportunities.
