Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of customer-specific business plans
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key customers
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
  • Lead the implementation of customer-specific sales and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, customer performance, and industry data

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
  • Experience selling to retailers and distributors (an asset)
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal
  • University degree preferred, ideally a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Commerce
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
