Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Key Account Manager for a top-tier multinational FMCG company in Portugal - someone who is results‑oriented, an excellent communicator, and genuinely driven by sustainability.
Main Responsabilities:
Managing negotiations and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients (key FMCG retailers in Portugal);
Developing strategic proposals for client accounts and designated channels;
Expanding the client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities;
Overseeing account P&L and business performance, including budget allocation and investment tracking;
Evaluating and planning promotional and commercial initiatives;
Coordinating and implementing merchandising activities in-store;
Conducting frequent store visits to ensure flawless execution at the point of sale.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales functions (between 1-5 years);
Languages: Fluent Portuguese; fluent English; Spanish is considered a plus...
