Job Responsibilities

  1. Undertake the country SI (Sales Index) and ST (Sales Target) goals, and be responsible for formulating and achieving agent and sales target plans; take charge of agent selection and management, as well as the design of channel pricing systems and rebates.
  2. Conduct channel planning and communication for new product launches, and perform end-to-end monitoring and management of country distributor orders and delivery of goods to stores; formulate country channel structure and strategy design, and define the responsibilities and sales models of country distributors.
  3. Be responsible for the overall PSI (Product Sales Inventory) management, sales forecasting, and DOS (Days of Supply) monitoring of agents and channels; develop customer tiering and grading systems and processes, and manage customer promotion and demotion.
