Position Overview:

This position exists to develop and manage high-value customers for lubricant sales; Achieves sales targets / servicing premium customers; Develops strong long-lasting relations for recurring business.

Location: Mutlan, Punjab, Pakistan

Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Sales/Marketing

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of B2B industrial sales experience in the Lubricants Industry .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages in Sales and Marketing of Shell Lubricants in order to achieve sales targets
  • Handles customers and their transition from the direct to indirect channel;
  • Forecasts and manages customers' expectations
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and develop pipeline of future prospects
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
