Job Description

What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts for South Peninsular Malaysia & Singapore.
Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to address them
Coordinate the delivery of products and services to ensure client satisfaction
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue from existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
Gather and analyse client feedback to drive continuous improvement
Participate in the development of account plans and strategic initiatives
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar account management or client-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
