Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts for South Peninsular Malaysia & Singapore.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to address them
- Coordinate the delivery of products and services to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue from existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Gather and analyse client feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Participate in the development of account plans and strategic initiatives
