Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts for South Peninsular Malaysia & Singapore.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to address them
  • Coordinate the delivery of products and services to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue from existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Gather and analyse client feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in the development of account plans and strategic initiatives
