Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across Poland, drive sales growth, and support the execution of strategic initiatives within our healthcare portfolio.

**Location: the South of Poland, preferably from the Silesian or Lesser Poland**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Build and manage long-term relationships with hospitals and medical institutions.

+ Maximize order intake, sales results, and price realization.

+ Identify business opportunities within the assigned portfolio and provide value‑adding solutions.

+ Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies for H&AM.

+ Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

+ Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate CRM data.
