**Your Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and manage long-term, strategic partnerships with key e-commerce customers (Allegro, pure players and other sales platforms).

+ Create and execute business development strategies and customer activation plans tailored to the e-commerce environment.

+ Lead commercial negotiations, define cooperation terms, and manage promotional budgets.

+ Actively develop product categories with customers using category management approaches.

+ Deliver sales targets, monitor KPIs, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

+ Analyzing sell-in and sell-out data and take data-driven action to optimize results.
