Overview:
The Account Manager - E-commerce plays a pivotal role in leading, executing, managing and optimizing our online sales channels specially Amazon and other marketplaces, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers and driving revenue growth. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform(s), including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Quick Commerce, Nykaa, Nykaa fashion etc
Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, and imagery.
Able to create/execute/run/optimize various ad campaigns on Ad portals of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho etc.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), customer...
