Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Seek, establish and strengthen relationships with potential and existing Key Accounts.

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of Key Accounts needs, for example, regarding the product portfolio, processes & structures and drive their implementation across the organization.

  • Analyze the development of markets, channels and competitors relevant to Key Account Management.

  • Grow sales with existing product portfolio and coordinate the launch of new products.

  • Assess sales potentials and develop sales strategies & policies for specific channels and Key Accounts.

  • Co-negotiate contracts / sales conditions with Key Accounts and ensure that goals of customers are balanced with internal requirements.

  • Provide subject-matter expertise to the Head of KAM for the overall development of the E-Commerce channel.
