Responsibilities
Seek, establish and strengthen relationships with potential and existing Key Accounts.Acquire a thorough understanding of Key Accounts needs, for example, regarding the product portfolio, processes & structures and drive their implementation across the organization.Analyze the development of markets, channels and competitors relevant to Key Account Management.Grow sales with existing product portfolio and coordinate the launch of new products.Assess sales potentials and develop sales strategies & policies for specific channels and Key Accounts.Co-negotiate contracts / sales conditions with Key Accounts and ensure that goals of customers are balanced with internal requirements.Provide subject-matter expertise to the Head of KAM for the overall development of the E-Commerce channel.Lead or co-lead strategic projects concerning developing the business with K...
