Key Account Manager

Position Summary Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a  Key Account Manager   for our Cinnaminson, NJ  location.  The Key Account Manager will serve as the strategic relationship owner for some of Delva's most important and complex customer accounts.

You'll work directly with customers, operations, engineering, estimating, and leadership to ensure successful program execution while identifying opportunities for long-term growth.   What You’ll Own Own and manage strategic customer relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations Lead customer business reviews, including delivery performance, quality metrics, capacity planning, and growth opportunities Develop and execute account strategies designed to grow revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships Negotiate pricing, long-term agreements, and commercial terms alongside company leadership Proactively identify customer risks, supply chain challenges, and new program opportunitie...
