CONTROLTEK is seeking an experienced and customer-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to support and expand our strategic retail partnerships across Canada.The KAM is responsible for managing key national and regional retail accounts, developing new opportunities, strengthening long-term partnerships, and driving year-over-year growth.The role requires a strong combination of sales acumen, relationship management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Operations, IT, and the leadership team.
