As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic customer relationships across Canada and the U.S. You will act as the primary point of contact for some of our largest customers, working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver on customer needs, drive profitable growth, and position Embassy as a preferred supplier.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities, upsell/cross-sell Embassy’s flavours, mixes, and functional ingredients.
- Deliver against sales targets and margin expectations.
- Act as the customer’s voice within Embassy, ensuring alignment of needs across internal teams.
