Understanding and staying up-to-date with hospital policies, procedures, and decision-making processes related to purchasing and drug listing.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within hospital accounts, such as pharmacy managers, hospital administrators, and physicians.Assisting with the preparation and submission of tenders and bids for hospital contracts.Collaborating with internal teams, such as market access, medical affairs, and clinical research, to develop strategies for gaining market access to the company's products.Regularly analyzing market trends and competitive activity to ensure that the company's products remain competitive within the hospital market.Actively managing and reporting on the performance of key accounts and recommending corrective action when necessary.
