Job Description

  • Understanding and staying up-to-date with hospital policies, procedures, and decision-making processes related to purchasing and drug listing.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within hospital accounts, such as pharmacy managers, hospital administrators, and physicians.
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of tenders and bids for hospital contracts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as market access, medical affairs, and clinical research, to develop strategies for gaining market access to the company's products.
  • Regularly analyzing market trends and competitive activity to ensure that the company's products remain competitive within the hospital market.
  • Actively managing and reporting on the performance of key accounts and recommending corrective action when necessary.
