We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our strategic retail partners across Australia.
About the Role
As Key Account Manager, you will:
Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue and customer retention.
Build strong, long-term partnerships with key retail accounts.
Coordinate product demonstrations, promotions, and merchandising with our Marketing team.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform your sales strategies.
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within your authority and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports.
