  • The Key Accounts Manager is a leadership role within the APAC Sales Team. This role is responsible for retaining and expanding revenue, by up-selling into our clients' existing customer sites across the APAC region. The Key Account Manager will take ownership of turning our customers into advocates, while playing a mentorship role to our Key Account Consultants, ensuring a consistent level of service is maintained across our ever-growing customer community.

    EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in an account management role;.
  • Software sales experience
  • Willingness to own both customer success activities (onboarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention) and outcomes (licence renewals, software and services sales).
