Key Account Management


• Manage and grow assigned strategic key accounts (institutional partners).


• Develop annual account plans, including revenue targets, joint business plans, and growth initiatives.
• Act as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment across sales, supply chain,

finance.


• Drive relationship depth with decision-makers and influencers at partner organizations.

Channel Strategy & Distribution Development


• Design and execute channel strategy aligned with company growth objectives (coverage, productivity,

profitability).


• Identify gaps in distribution reach and lead new partner onboarding and market expansion projects.


• Optimize channel performance through segmentation, incentive programs, and capability building.


• Monitor channel health: inventory, sell-out, receivables, and compliance with channel policies. ...
