  • Prepare renewal reports for major clients and engage them to address any impending changes to their insurances.

  • Perform insurance audit and prepare summary insurance reports for new and existing clients.

  • Assess clients needs before matching to insurance suitable policies.

  • Negotiate for competitive premium rates.

  • Manage claims portfolio of various clients

  • Underwrite various classes of commercial insurances and ensured that all relevant extensions were endorsed to meet clients demands.

  • Provide Quotations on all Commercial/Retail product lines, ensuring suitability with the customers’ demands and needs.

  • Advise clients on risk management and assisted them to devise new ways to mitigate risks.
