We are looking for a strategic and operational leader who can implement account commitments, drive continuous improvement, and empower teams to create value for the customer while ensuring retention and maximising commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to service leads and indirect leadership to operational teams and the supply chain
  • Implement account bid commitments and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Act as the operational and tactical lead, interfacing with customer representatives
  • Manage financial performance across all service lines
  • Ensure delivery of highest HSEQ standards and compliance at all levels
  • Maintain statutory compliance across all services at all times
  • Oversee financial metrics including revenue, margin, cash collection, WIP, unbilled and accruals
