Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Director to lead the development and execution Key Accounts in Colombia, Costa Rica and Perú. This leader will be responsible for the Lead, scale, and transform our business markets driving commercial excellence, strategic growth, and operational efficiency. Deep focus on sales strategy, business performance, and leadership of a high-impact team would be crucial for the role.

1.- Strategic & Commercial Leadership

  • Own each market sales and commercial strategy, ensuring local execution that drives market share, profitability, and long-term growth.
  • Identify new acquisition opportunities and partnerships that strengthen our ecosystem and value proposition.
  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations to optimize performance and returns.

2. Business Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor marketl results and metrics, diagnose gaps, and remove barriers to accelerate growth and efficiency.
