Job Description

A master’s degree (MBA or MSc) in Marketing, Business Strategy, or Supply Chain Management is highly desirable. Professional certifications in Sales/Marketing are an added advantage.
At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in Sales/Key Account Management within the FMCG sector. Proven track record of handling large retailers, distributors, or modern trade accounts in Ghana or West Africa.

· Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term relationships with key accounts.


· Sales Growth & Revenue Delivery: Achieve assigned sales targets, market share, and profitability for key accounts through effective negotiation, pricing, and portfolio management.
