Responsibilities
  • Research and compilation of new concepts/trends in the market.
  • Mass e‑mailings, cold calls, arrangement for prospect meetings and conduct viewings.
  • Minutes taking with prospects/tenants/internal meetings.
  • Preparation of concept proposals for leasing meeting discussion.
  • Review and improve on existing marketing kit.
  • Preparation of lease document, updating information in internal tracking report and follow up with tenants on outstanding documentation including insurance and audited statement.
