Join North American Construction Group as a Maintenance Planning Specialist at the Kearl site, ensuring operational efficiency through detailed planning and management. This 12-hour shift role offers a unique rotation of 14 days on and 14 off.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing equipment management, work order processes, and project planning. You will manage regulatory documentation and coordinate all necessary resources to maintain operational targets. Excellent communication is vital for effectively guiding junior planners and ensuring team alignment.
