What You'll Do
+ Provide desktop support for Windows-based devices
+ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
+ Image and deploy new PCs and laptops
+ Assist with device replacements and migration activities
+ Support Office 365 and Active Directory-related tasks
+ Decommission and remove outdated equipment
+ Deliver excellent customer service to end users
