Kalayaan 2 - Site Manager O&M

Position Overview

The O&M Site Manager will lead site management for the Kalayaan 2 Wind farm after construction, reporting to the Managing Director of Acciona Energía Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal wind farm performance and availability according to contractual requirements and AE Production Department strategies.
• Maintain safety, availability, production, cost, and KPI performance.
• Oversee compliance with local laws, AE policies, industry best practices, and coordinate with the SHEQ Department.
• Manage O&M contracts (wind turbine, EBoP, CBoP, etc.), supervise operations, monitor performance, calculate liquidated damages, negotiate contracts, and review reports.
• Analyze plant performance, propose and implement improvements aligned with AE Production Department strategies.
