They must have experience leading Kaizen events, coaching Lean tools, and driving measurable process improvements in a manufacturing environment.


Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of CI/Lean experience, strong knowledge of tools like 5S, VSM, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke, and a passion for building a continuous improvement culture.



This is a highly visible role with direct impact across operations in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment. Relocation assistance available.
