Make a difference in the lives of students at MAC as a K-12 educator. You are expected to create a dynamic learning environment that fuels academic and personal successes across grades.
As an educator, you will provide quality instruction, develop engaging lesson plans, and foster relationships with students and their families. You will work collaboratively to maintain a supportive atmosphere and encourage personal growth through reinforced learning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage intellectual and personal growth in students
• Implement effective learning and discipline strategies
• Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress
• Uphold high standards for written and spoken language
• Actively participate in extracurricular activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or higher
• 1-2 years teaching experience preferred
• Valid Alberta Teaching Certification...
