Junior/Intermediate IT Support Technician

ART Technologies is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team player to joint our IT Support Team.

The job is based in Pretoria.

Experience:

• Should have two years' experience in a helpdesk/IT Support role.
• Should know basic networking.
• It will be advantageous if you have Windows Server experience.
• It will be advantageous if you have firewall experience.
• Must have own reliable transport.

Key Duties:

• Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages.
• Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware; pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration.
