Job Title: Sales Virtual Assistant


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize leads in the CRM system
  • Conduct lead research and data entry
  • Send follow-up emails, messages, and reminders to prospects
  • Schedule sales calls and appointments
  • Assist with outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Prepare sales reports and update pipelines
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and route them appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
