Job Title: Sales Virtual Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize leads in the CRM system
- Conduct lead research and data entry
- Send follow-up emails, messages, and reminders to prospects
- Schedule sales calls and appointments
- Assist with outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Prepare sales reports and update pipelines
- Handle basic customer inquiries and route them appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience with email tools and calendars (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar)
