Your tasks

  • Assistance in preparing and finalizing risk-appropriate loan applications, as well as providing recommendations to decision-makers

  • Supporting the signing and closing process

  • Participation in the CP process and in the parallel transfer to the responsible loan manager

  • Close collaboration within the deal team and with external specialists regarding loan approvals and collateralization

  • Participation in client meetings and negotiation

  • Collaboration on projects

  • Completed university degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management) or equivalent practical qualifications and experience (e.g. a banking apprenticeship or certification as a banking specialist)

  • Professional experience in credit or sales

  • Knowledge of relevant real estate markets
