Junior Traffic Controller

Job Purpose:

To provide essential support in the management of radio traffic (advertisements and logs) while providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the Sales Department and Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Traffic Coordination:
• Book spots, shuffle logs, and load all audio into the broadcast system.
• Provide back-up support to the Senior Traffic Controller for all on-air advertisement placements.
• Report unplayed adverts on log reconciliation reports and handle post-campaign reporting.
• Generate reconciliation and proof-of-broadcast reports for Account Executives' clients.

Sales Administrative Support:

• Ensure Sales Manager (SM) sales figures and daily reports (due by 5 PM) are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare EXCO reports before deadlines, including national sales house and CPT office data.
