Junior Technical Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reply to incoming technical support tickets, chats, and frequently asked questions
• Manage and distribute incoming queries from clients and users
• Provide customer support by phone
• Assist with internal departmental workload as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• High level of computer literacy with excellent knowledge of software for working on the Internet
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Additional Asian language (Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc) is a big plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Availability to work in shifts
• Strong moral and ethical character
• Ability to provide clear explanations with sound reasoning
