Job Description
The Junior Technical Recruiter supports the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates under the guidance of senior recruiters or hiring managers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates for technical roles using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
