Job Description

The Junior Technical Recruiter supports the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates under the guidance of senior recruiters or hiring managers. This role is ideal for early-career recruiters looking to build expertise in technical hiring and talent sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates for technical roles using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support job posting, talent pooling, and pipeline management activities.
