As part of the deployment and delivery team, you’ll be key in shaping how we deliver the solution to our clients and partners. Together, we develop a plan and strategy to best deploy and integrate our solution, communicate with our customers and keep the main stakeholders engaged. Prior telco experience is not required for your application. This role is based in Mexico.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex telecommunication projects end-to-end and act as the main point of contact for a customer’s counterpart
• Set up timelines and progress tracking including regular meetings with the customer
