Responsibilities
- Support delivery coordination across managed services engagements
- Track service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Maintain RAID logs and delivery reporting dashboards
- Assist with backlog tracking and enhancement prioritisation
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly service governance updates
- Coordinate communication between clients and technical delivery teams
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across service environments
- Support release planning for incremental improvements and enhancements
- Assist with documentation governance across service delivery artefacts
- Support escalation tracking and resolution coordination where required
- Participate in service review meetings and stakeholder updates
- Contribute to onboarding of new managed services engagements as required
