Responsibilities
  • Support delivery coordination across managed services engagements
  • Track service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Maintain RAID logs and delivery reporting dashboards
  • Assist with backlog tracking and enhancement prioritisation
  • Support preparation of weekly and monthly service governance updates
  • Coordinate communication between clients and technical delivery teams
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across service environments
  • Support release planning for incremental improvements and enhancements
  • Assist with documentation governance across service delivery artefacts
  • Support escalation tracking and resolution coordination where required
  • Participate in service review meetings and stakeholder updates
  • Contribute to onboarding of new managed services engagements as required
