The Role
As a Technical Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in implementing our software at new and existing customers. Your technical expertise will ensure seamless installation, configuration, administration of our software and related systems.
What you'll do
Responsible for whole technical onboarding of our new customers and maintaining the existing ones Responsible for technical kickoffs to installation up to customer acceptance Install, configure, administer LucaNet software and ETL interfaces at customers Install, configure, administer relational database management systems Provide technical advice to professional and IT department
