Accountabilities:
- System Support
- Hardware and Software Setup
- Laptop Troubleshooting
- Network Assistance
- Biometrics Maintenance
- Inventory Management
- IT Ticket Management
- Device Issuances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Level 1 IT support, including hardware and Software setup, and laptop troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of network support, biometric systems, and device configuration.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems, inventory management, and device issuance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with willingness to provide on-site support.
