  • System Support
  • Hardware and Software Setup
  • Laptop Troubleshooting
  • Network Assistance
  • Biometrics Maintenance
  • Inventory Management
  • IT Ticket Management
  • Device Issuances.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Level 1 IT support, including hardware and Software setup, and laptop troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of network support, biometric systems, and device configuration.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems, inventory management, and device issuance.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with willingness to provide on-site support.
