Job Description
As an administrative assistant you'll be responsible for:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the team and assist with ongoing operational activities.
- Process incoming notifications and prepare the necessary follow‑up documentation.
- Coordinate actions with external partners, public bodies and clients to keep procedures progressing efficiently.
- Handle document management: preparation, formatting, translations, and organising supporting materials.
- Keep internal databases up to date, track deadlines, and ensure timely renewals of relevant files.
- Support the organisation of internal and external sessions, briefings, or training activities.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to maintain smooth internal communication.
- Bachelor in administration, office management, languages, communication or any related field
