Responsabilities
- Knowledge of Office365, Adobe and Autodesk products
- Perform the installation, support and maintenance of the servers, computer systems and wireless and local area networks
- Perform the installation, configuration, layout and maintenance of hardware and software equipment’s
- Solve, manage and document customer’s queries, tickets and requests and develop other departmental administrative tasks
- Solve most tickets in the first contact and otherwise elevate it with criteria
- Automate processes as much as possible, for example by helping with perform scripts in different languages (Power Shell, Python,...) to improve and maintain the environment
- Test internal developments and improvements
- Monitor and update the inventory of hardware and software
- Ensure that you meet the quality standards required for the support service
